I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?
- Once you place your Order through our shopping portal with checkout format of call format, our company costumer care executive will call you and confirm all the detail regarding order like what you have order and what is the shipping address and billing address and you will also get a confirmation E-mail from OnlineBookMart.com. This will have all the details related to your order.

When can I replace my order?
You can return any products ordered from OnlineBookMart.com within 5 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.

If you want to place a bulk order please drop a mail to sales@OnlineBookMart.com with your requirements and the concerned team will get back to you.
I want to place an order but I don't want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
No. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any problem with it.
Is there any trial then purchase option available?
We do not have trial and buy option available with us.
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
