Dr. Meenakshi Rathore is Head, Department of English at Shri Bhavani Niketan Mahila P.G Mahavidyalaya . She is the proud mother of National Awarded Hridayeshwar Singh Bhati,  India's Youngest  and the World's Youngest Differently Abled Patent Holder. She has been actively involved in teaching English for the last 24 years. She received her Ph.D degree in 2006 on the topic, ' Emergence of Female Self in Samuel Richardson's Clarissa Harlowe'. She has participated in a number of National and International Seminars and Conferences and has presented papers in some. She is a member of Board of Studies, University of Rajasthan.

Dr. Vandana Pathak is Assistant Professor of English  at Shri Bhavani Niketan Mahila P.G Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur having 14 years of teaching experience. She is SET qualified and has done M.Phil and Ph. D from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She has  published numerous research papers in national/international journals. Her areas of interest are Communication and Soft Skills, Drama in British Literature, Translation,  Indian Literature , Folk Literature and  Environmental Studies.
